Youth Entrepreneurship and Employability Training

A Youth Entrepreneurship and Employability Training was successfully conducted to equip young people with practical skills for both self-employment and the job market. A total of 50 participants attended the training, including 20 females, 30 males, and 7 young people with different abilities, reflecting a strong commitment to inclusion and equal participation. The training focused on building participants’ capacity in entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and essential employability skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Participants were guided step by step on how to identify business opportunities within their communities, develop simple and realistic business ideas, and start small using available resources. To enhance practical learning, the training included a hands-on session in liquid soap making, providing participants with a simple, low-cost, and easily replicable income-generating skill
